Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of Leary Avenue, from Fremont Avenue to 2nd Avenue Northwest; Blewett Street from Aurora Avenue to Evanston Avenue; Evanston Avenue, from Ewing Street to Leary Avenue; all in the City of Seattle, by grading and regrading the same, constructing wooden curbs and gutters; constructing wooden sidewalks; planking and replanking; constructing and adjusting water mains; constructing and reconstructing sewers and their appurtenances and providing for the necessary surface drainage, all in accordance with Resolution No. 3961, of the City Council of the City of Seattle, creating a local improving district therefor, and providing for that payment for said improvement to be made by special assessment upon property in said district payable by the mode of "Payment in Bonds."
