Title

An ordinance providing for the laying off, opening, widening, extending and establishing of West Spokane Street, from Alki Avenue to Iowa Avenue; of Alki Avenue from West Spokane Street to West Hinds Street; providing for the condemnation, appropriation, taking and damaging of land and other property necessary therefor; providing for the changing and establishing of curb grades of said West Spokane Street between 1st Avenue South and Alki Avenue; providing for the condemnation, appropriation, taking and damaging of land and other property necessary for the grading and regarding of said street and approaches thereto in conformity with such established grades for cuts and fills upon the property abutting upon said street and approaches thereto, and providing that the cost of said improvement shall be paid by special assessment upon the property specially benefited in the manner provided by law.
