Ordinance 31080

Title
	An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of 24th Avenue South from Atlantic Street to Walker Street; 23rd Avenue South and 25th Avenue South, each from Atlantic Street to Rainier Avenue; Atlantic Street, from 23rd Avenue South to 26th Avenue South from the south; Massachusetts Street from Rainier Avenue to 26th Avenue South; State Street from 21st Avenue South to 22nd Avenue South; Grand Street, from 22nd Avenue South to 26th Avenue South; Holgate Street, Plum Street, Hill Street, Walker Street, College Street and Bayview Street, each from Rainier Avenue to 26th Avenue South; Rainier Avenue from Atlantic Street to Bayview Street, all in the City of Seattle, by grading and curbing the same, by planking and construction wood walks on Rainier Avenue from Atlantic Street to Bayview Street, providing for the necessary surface drainage, by grading, all in accordance with Resolution No. 3674, of the City Council of the City of Seattle, creating a local improving district therefor, and providing for that payment for said improvement to be made by special assessment upon property in said district payable by the mode of "Payment in Bonds."
