Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of Pine Street, from Westlake Avenue to Melrose Avenue; 5th Avenue from Pine Street to Westlake Avenue; 6th Avenue and 7th Avenue, each from Pine Street to Pike Street; all in the City of Seattle, by paving the same with suitable material laid upon a proper concrete foundation, together with armored concrete curbs with granite corners; by constructing and reconstructing sewers, side sewers, and water mains with such appurtenances necessary for the proper sewerage, drainage, water service and fire protection of said district, by the construction and reconstruction of concrete sidewalks where necessary, all in accordance with Resolution No. 3810, of the City Council of the City of Seattle, creating a local improving district therefor, and providing for that payment for said improvement to be made by special assessment upon property in said district payable by the mode of "Payment in Bonds."
