Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of East 51st Street, East 52nd Street, East 53rd Street, and East 54th Street, each from Latona Avenue to 5th Avenue Northeast; East 55th Street, from Latona Avenue to 10th Avenue Northeast; East 60th Street, from 276 feet west of Latona Avenue to Ravenna Boulevard; Ravenna Boulevard, from alley between 7th Avenue Northeast and 8th Avenue Northeast, to 8th Avenue Northeast; 5th Avenue Northeast from East 50th Street to East 55th Street; 6th Avenue Northeast from East 50th Street to East 55th Street; 7th Avenue Northeast, from 280 feet south of East 53rd Street to East 55th Street; 8th Avenue Northeast, from 280 feet south of East 53rd Street to Ravenna Boulevard; and 9th Avenue Northeast, from 280 feet south of East 53rd Street to East 55th Street; all in the City of Seattle, all in accordance with Resolution No. 3673, of the City Council of the City of Seattle, creating a local improving district therefor, and providing for that payment for said improvement to be made by special assessment upon property in said district payable by the mode of "Payment in Bonds."
