Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of Connecticut Street, from Seattle Boulevard to 4th Avenue South, all in the City of Seattle, by planking the same with plank 16 feet in length in the center of the street and making the necessary approaches; by the construction of wooden curbs and gutters, and providing for the necessary surface drainage, all in accordance with Resolution No. 3801, of the City Council of the City of Seattle, creating a local improving district therefor, and providing for that payment for said improvement to be made by special assessment upon property in said district payable by the mode of "Payment in Bonds."
