Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of the alley in block 64, A. A. Denny's 5th Addition, being the alley between 7th Avenue and 8th Avenue, form University Street to Union Street, all in the City of Seattle, by paving the same with suitable material laid upon a proper concrete foundation, providing for the necessary surface drainage, all in accordance with Resolution No. 3755, of the City Council of the City of Seattle, creating a local improving district therefor, and providing for that payment for said improvement to be made by special assessment upon property in said district payable by the mode of "Payment in Bonds."
