Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of Corson Avenue from Warsaw Street to Willow Street; Carlton Avenue from Bailey Street to Myrtle Street; Flora Avenue from Bailey Street to Willow Street; Ellis Avenue from Bailey Street to Warsaw Street; Angelo Street and Elizabeth Street, each from Ellis Avenue to the alley between Ellis Avenue and 13th Avenue South; Warsaw Street, from Corson Avenue to Flora Avenue; Eddy Street from Flora Avenue to Ellis Avenue; Duwamish Avenue from Albro Place to Vega Place; Vega Place from Stanley Avenue to Duwamish Avenue; Stanley Avenue from 13th Avenue South to 15th Avenue South; 12th Avenue South from Bailey Street to Harney Street; Bailey Street from Corson Avenue to Stanley Avenue; Harney and Vale Streets each from Corson Avenue to 12th Avenue South; 13th Avenue South, 14th Avenue South and 15th Avenue South, each from Greeley Street to Stanley Avenue; Greeley Street from the west line of Queen Supplemental Addition to 15th Avenue South; Sewer right of way over the westerly 10 feet of Tract A, Queen Supplemental Addition from Greeley Street to the Duwamish River, all in the City of Seattle, by the construction of sewers therein of proper dimensions and materials, together with all necessary wyes, openings, manholes, flush tanks, catch basins, and their appurtenances necessary for the proper sewerage and drainage of said district, all in accordance with Resolution No. 3897, of the City Council of the City of Seattle, creating a local improving district therefor, and providing for that payment for said improvement to be made by special assessment upon property in said district payable by the mode of "Payment in Bonds."
