Title

An ordinance providing for the laying off, opening, widening, extending and establishing of Western Avenue from Eagle Street to 4th Avenue West and Elliott Avenue; providing for the condemnation, appropriation, taking and damaging of land and other property necessary therefor; providing for the changing and establishing of curb grades of said Western Avenue as widened herein from Eagle Street to 4th Avenue West and Elliott Avenue; of Denny Way and West Denny Way from 1st Avenue North to Western Avenue; of Bay Street from 1st Avenue to Western Avenue; of Queen Anne Avenue from John Street to Denny Way; of 1st Avenue West from West Thomas Street to Western Avenue; of 3rd Avenue West from West Harrison Street to Western Avenue; West Thomas Street from 2nd Avenue West to Western Avenue; providing for the grading and regarding of said streets and avenues and approaches thereto in conformity with such established grades and providing that the cost of said improvement shall be paid by special assessment upon the property specially benefited in the manner provided by law.
