Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of East Marion Street from 34th Avenue to 35th Avenue; all in the City of Seattle, by constructing concrete sidewalks and providing for the necessary surface drainage, all in accordance with Resolution No. 3807, of the City Council of the City of Seattle, creating a local improving district therefor, and providing for that payment for said improvement to be made by special assessment upon property in said district payable by the mode of "Payment in Bonds."
