Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of Jackson Street, from 21st Avenue South to 23rd Avenue South, and 22nd Avenue South from Main Street to King Street, all in the City of Seattle, by regrading, the construction of wooden walk, curbs and gutters, planking; the construction or reconstruction of all sewers, side sewers and watermains, with their appurtenances necessary for the proper sewerage, drainage, water service and fire protection of said district; the reconstruction of all cluster light system necessary; all in accordance with Resolution No. 3799, of the City Council of the City of Seattle, creating a local improving district therefor, and providing for that payment for said improvement to be made by special assessment upon property in said district payable by the mode of "Payment in Bonds."
