Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of North 54th Street from Interlake Avenue to Woodlawn Avenue, all in the City of Seattle, by grading and curbing the same, by constructing concrete sidewalks thereon, and providing for the necessary surface drainage, all in accordance with Majority Petition No. 49210, of the City Council of the City of Seattle, creating a local improving district therefor, and providing for that payment for said improvement to be made by special assessment upon property in said district payable by the mode of "Payment in Bonds."
