Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of 10th Avenue West from West Ray Street to West Fulton Street, West Armour Street and West Newell Street, each from 8th Avenue West to 10th Avenue West; Bothell Street from 8th Avenue West to 9th Avenue West; 8th Avenue West, from West Ray Street to West Fulton Street; West Ray Street from 5th Avenue West to 7th Avenue West; 5th Avenue West, from West Smith Street to West Ray Street; all in the City of Seattle, by constructing watermains therein of proper dimensions and materials with all gates, tees, crosses fire hydrants, and other appurtenances necessary for the proper water service and fire protection of said district, all in accordance with Resolution No. 3727, of the City Council of the City of Seattle, creating a local improving district therefor, and providing for that payment for said improvement to be made by special assessment upon property in said district payable by the mode of "Payment in Bonds."
