Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of North 50th Street from Fremont Avenue to Phinney Avenue; Phinney Avenue, from North 50th Street to North 67th Street; North 67th Street from Phinney Avenue to Greenwood Avenue; Greenwood Avenue from North 67th Street to North 85th Street; all in the City of Seattle, by paving the same with asphalt or other suitable material laid upon a proper concrete foundation ; by constructing gutters, concrete or armored concrete curbs, and side sewer connections where necessary; together with such sewers and watermains, with their appurtenances necessary for the proper sewerage, drainage, water service and fire protection of said district, all in accordance with Resolution No. 3671, of the City Council of the City of Seattle, creating a local improving district therefor, and providing for that payment for said improvement to be made by special assessment upon property in said district payable by the mode of "Payment in Bonds."
