Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of Boylston Avenue North from Lakeview Boulevard to East Newton Street, East Blaine Street and East Howe Street, each from Franklin Avenue to Lakeview Boulevard; all in the City of Seattle, by grading and curbing the same, and providing for the necessary surface drainage,; constructing wooden stairway and concrete retaining walls where necessary; all in accordance with Resolution No. 3540, of the City Council of the City of Seattle, creating a local improving district therefor, and providing for that payment for said improvement to be made by special assessment upon property in said district payable by the mode of "Payment in Bonds."
