Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of Rainier Avenue from Angeline Street to Mead Street; Angeline Street from Rainier Avenue to 43rd Avenue South and from 32 Avenue South to 31st Avenue South; Edmunds Street, from 32nd Avenue South to 42nd Avenue South; Ferdinand Street, from 32nd Avenue South to 42nd Avenue South and from 45th Avenue South to 46th Avenue South; 31st Avenue South, from Angeline Street to Alaska Street; 32nd Avenue South, from Edmunds Street to Alaska Street; 42nd Avenue South, from Edmunds Street to Alaska Street; 42nd Avenue South, from Angeline Street to Hundson Street; 43rda vs from Angeline Street to a point 303 feet south of the south margin of Hudson Street; 44th Avenue South, from Ferdinand Street to a point 368 feet south of the south margin of Hudson Street; 45th Avenue South, from Ferdinand Street to a point 266 feet south of south margin of Hudson Street; 46th Avenue South, from Hudson Street to Brandon Street; Brandon Street from 42nd Avenue South to 46th Avenue South; Lucile Street, from 42nd Avenue South to a point 170 feet west of the west margin of 46th Avenue South; Orcas Street from 42nd Avenue South to a point 360 feet east of the east margin of 51st Avenue South; Mead Street, from Rainier Avenue to a point 150 feet east of the east margin of 42nd Avenue South; and Bowen Place, from Hudson Street to a point 300 feet south of the south margin of Hudson Street, all in the City of Seattle, by the construction of sewers therein of proper dimensions and materials, together with all necessary wyes, openings, manholes, flush tanks, catch basins, and their appurtenances necessary for the proper sewerage and drainage of said district, and including part of said improvement a wooden box sewer extending from 37th Avenue South to Angeline Street, to a temporary outfall in lake Washington, all in accordance with Resolution No. 3850, of the City Council of the City of Seattle, creating a local improving district therefor, and providing for that payment for said improvement to be made by special assessment upon property in said district payable by the mode of "Payment in Bonds."
