Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of the south half of North 45th Street from west line of Motor Line Addition to Fremont Avenue, all in the City of Seattle, by grading and curbing the same, by constructing concrete sidewalks together with all necessary cross walks and providing for the necessary surface drainage, all in accordance with Resolution No. 3690, of the City Council of the City of Seattle, creating a local improving district therefor, and providing for that payment for said improvement to be made by special assessment upon property in said district payable by the mode of "Payment in Bonds."
