Title

An ordinance providing for the laying off, opening, widening, extending and establishing of Smith Street from the westerly line of Tract 1, Hunter's Lake Union Addition, to Glen Ridge Drive; of Wheeler Street from the westerly line of Tract 2, Hunter's Lake Union Addition to Glen Ridge Drive; of McGraw Street from the westerly line of Tract 3, Hunter's Lake Union Addition to Taylor Avenue; providing for the condemnation, appropriation, taking and damaging of land and other property necessary therefor; providing that the cost of said improvement shall be paid by special assessment upon the property specially benefited in the manner provided by law.
