Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of Twenty-fourth Avenue South from Andover Street to Horton Street; Spokane Street from Twenty-fourth Avenue South to Beacon Avenue, and Beacon Avenue, from Spokane Street to Hinds Streets, all in the City of Seattle, by grading and curbing the same and providing for the necessary surface drainage, all in accordance with Resolution No. 3675 of the City Council of the City of Seattle, creating a local improvement district therefor, and providing that payment of said improvement be made by special assessments upon property in said district payable by mode of "Payment by Bonds".
