Title

An Ordinance providing for the changing and establishing of the curb grades of Genesee Street and approaches thereto from Rainier Avenue to Fifty-first Avenue South, all in the City of Seattle; providing for the condemnation, appropriation, taking and damaging of land and other property necessary for the grading and regrading of said street and approaches thereto in conformity with such established grades and for the cuts and fills upon the property abutting upon said street and approaches thereto; providing for the damaging of property on account for the construction and maintenance, of a bridge or viaduct on Forty-eighth Avenue South and Genesee Street in conformity with such established grades; and providing that the entire cost of said improvement shall be paid by special assessment upon the property specially benefited in the manner provided by law.
