Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of First Avenue South, from Hanford Street to the First Avenue South drawbridge, all in the City of Seattle, by the construction of an asphalt top upon the existing trestle and paving with asphalt or other suitable material laid upon a proper foundation, together with gutters, concrete or armored concrete curbs or suitable headers and providing for the necessary surface drainage and including the construction or reconstruction of all necessary sidewalks, sewers, side sewers or watermains, together with all appurtenances necessary for the proper sewerage, drainage and water service for the protection of the district, all in accordance with Resolution No. 3692 of the City Council of the City of Seattle, creating a local improvement district therefor, and providing that payment of said improvement be made by special assessments upon property in said district payable by mode of "Payment by Bonds".
