An Ordinance providing for the laying off, widening, extending, altering and establishing of Fifth Avenue South from Seattle Boulevard to Dakota Street and from Snoqualmie Street to Henrietta Street, all in the City of Seattle, providing for the condemnation, appropriation, taking and damaging of land and other property necessary therefor and providing for paying the cost of said improvement.
