Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of Ravenna Boulevard, from Fourteenth Avenue Northeast to Brooklyn Avenue; Brooklyn Avenue, from Ravenna Boulevard to East Sixty-third Street; East Sixty-third Street, from Brooklyn Avenue to Ravenna Avenue, Ravenna Avenue from East Sixty-third Street to East Sixty-fifth Street, all in the City of Seattle, by paving with asphalt or other suitable material laid upon a proper concrete foundation, proper gutters, concrete or armored concrete curbs, constructing necessary bridges or concrete retaining walls, grading and making fills where necessary; and side sewer connections where necessary, together with such sewers and watermains with their appurtenances as may be necessary for the proper sewerage, drainage, water service and fire protection of said district, all in accordance with Resolution No. 3730 of the City Council of the City of Seattle, creating a local improvement district therefor, and providing that payment for said improvement be made by special assessments upon property in said district payable by the mode of "Payment by Bonds".
