Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of Brandon Street, Lucile Street, Findlay Street, Mead Street and Juneau Street, each from Forty-second Avenue South to Forty-sixth Avenue South; Orcas Street, from Forty-second Avenue South to Rainier Avenue, Kenny Street from Forty-second Avenue South to Rainier Avenue; Raymond Street and Spencer Street, each from Forty-second Avenue South to Forty-fourth Avenue South; Forty-second Avenue South, from Rainier Avenue to Juneau Street; Forty-fourth Avenue South, from Juneau Street to Graham Street, and Forty-sixth Avenue South from Juneau Street to Ferdinand Street, all in the City of Seattle, by planking the same, all in accordance with Resolution No. 3783 of the City Council of the City of Seattle, creating a local improvement district therefor, and providing that payment for said improvement be made by special assessments upon property in said district payable by the mode of "Payment by Bonds".
