Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of the Alley between Third Avenue South, Fourth Avenue South, from Washington Street to Main Street, all in the City of Seattle, by repairing the wooden bridge and the construction of wood railing, all in accordance with Resolution No. 3790 of the City Council of the City of Seattle, creating a local improvement district therefor, and providing that payment for said improvement be made by special assessments upon property in said district payable by the mode of "Immediate Payment."
