Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of Brandon Street, Lucile Street, Findlay Street and Mead Street, each from Forty-second Avenue South to Forty-sixth Avenue South; Orcas Street, Juneau Street and Kenny Street, each from Forty-second Avenue South to Rainier Avenue, Raymond Street and Spencer Street, each from Forty-second Avenue South to Forty-fourth Avenue South, Forty-second Avenue South, from Rainier Avenue to Juneau Street; Forty-fourth Avenue South, from Juneau Street to Graham Street, and Rainier Avenue from Brandon Street to Kenny Street, all in the City of Seattle, by constructing concrete sidewalks thereon together with all necessary crosswalks and providing for the necessary surface drainage, all in accordance with Resolution No. 3721 of the City Council of the City of Seattle, creating a local improvement district therefor, and providing that payment for said improvement be made by special assessments upon property in said district payable by the mode of "Payment by Bonds".
