Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of Commodore Way, from Twenty-fourth Avenue West to South Shilshole Avenue; South Shilshole Avenue, from Commodore Way to Twenty-ninth Avenue West; all in the City of Seattle, by constructing watermains therein of proper dimensions and materials, together with all gates, tees, crosses, fire hydrants and other appurtenances necessary for the proper water service and fire protection of said district; all in accordance with Resolution No. 3728 of the City Council of the City of Seattle, creating a local improvement district therefor, and providing that payment of said improvement be made by special assessments upon property in said district payable by mode of "Payment by Bonds".
