Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of Shilshole Avenue, from Fourteenth Avenue Northwest to four hundred ninety-six and eight one-hundredths (496.08) feet west of the intersection of Twenty-second Avenue Northwest and Shilshole Avenue; West Forty-fourth Street from Ninth Avenue Northwest to Eleventh Avenue Northwest; West Forty-fifth Street and West Forty-sixth Street each from Ninth Avenue Northwest to Shilshole Avenue; West Forty-seventh Street from Ninth Avenue Northwest to Seventeenth Avenue Northwest; Ballard Avenue from Seventeenth Avenue Northwest to Dock Place, Leary Avenue from Ninth Avenue Northwest to Ione Place; West Forty-ninth Street from Ninth Avenue Northwest to Eleventh Avenue Northwest and from Fourteenth Avenue Northwest to Fifteenth Avenue Northwest, Eleventh Avenue Northwest, from the Harbor Line to West Fifty-first Street; Fourteenth Avenue Northwest, from the Harbor Line to West Fiftieth Street; Fifteenth Avenue Northwest, from the Harbor Line to West Forty-ninth Street; Seventeenth Avenue Northwest from Shilshole Avenue to West Fiftieth Street; Dock Place, from Shilshole Avenue to Russell Avenue; Twentieth Avenue Northwest, from Shilshole Avenue to Ballard Avenue; Vernon Place and Twenty-second Avenue Northwest, each from Shilshole Avenue to Ballard Avenue, all in the City of Seattle, by grading, regrading and curbing, planking, and replanking, paving and repaving, constructing sewers and watermains, together with all other appurtenances necessary for the proper water service and fire protection of said district; the construction and reconstruction of concrete walks and temporary wood walks, and providing for the necessary surface drainage, all in accordance with Resolution No. 3749 of the City Council of the City of Seattle, creating a local improvement district therefor, and providing that payment of said improvement be made by special assessments upon property in said district payable by mode of "Payment by Bonds".
