Title

An Ordinance providing for the laying off, extending and establishing of an alley through Block Seventy-four (74)in Gilman Park, an addition to the City of Seattle; providing for the condemnation, appropriation, taking and damaging of land and other property necessary therefor; and providing that the entire cost of said improvement be paid by special assessment upon the property specially benefited in the manner provided by law.
