An Ordinance providing for the improvement of Ninth Avenue Northwest from Harbor Line to West Fiftieth Street; Eighth Avenue Northwest form Ewing Street to West Forty-eighth Street; Seventh Avenue Northwest from West Forty-second Street to Leary Avenue; Sixth Avenue Northwest from Ewing Street to Leary Avenue; Third Avenue Northwest from Ewing Street to North margin of West Fortieth Street on the east; Ewing Street from Third Avenue Northwest to Ninth Avenue Northwest; West Kilbourne Street from Second Avenue Northwest to Third avenue Northwest; West Thirty-ninth Street from Second Avenue Northwest to Ewing Street; West Fortieth Street from Leary Avenue to Ewing Street; Ross Place from Third Avenue Northwest to Ewing Street; West Forty-first Street from Third Avenue Northwest to Eighth Avenue Northwest; West Forty-second Street from Leary Avenue to Ewing Street; Fern Place from Eighth Avenue Northwest to Ewing Street; West Forty-third Street from Leary Avenue to Ewing Street; Bright Street, West Forty-fourth Street and West Forty-fifth Street each from Sixth Avenue Northwest to Ninth Avenue Northwest; West Forty-sixth Street, West Forty-seventh Street and West Forty-eighth Street, each from Eighth Avenue Northwest to Ninth Avenue Northwest; and Leary Avenue from Second Avenue Northwest to Ninth Avenue Northwest by grading, and regrading and curbing, planking and replanking, constructing sewers and watermains, together with all other appurtenances necessary for the proper water service and fire protection of said district the construction and reconstruction of concrete walks and temporary wood walks and providing for the necessary surface drainage, all in accordance with Resolution No. 3750, of the City Council of the City of Seattle, creating a local improvement district therefor, and providing that payment of said improvement be made by special assessments upon property in said district payable by mode of "Payment by Bonds".
