Title

An Ordinance providing for the changing and establishing of the curb grades of Melrose Avenue, from Melrose Place to Howard Avenue, of East Olive Street, as platted, from Melrose Avenue to Bellevue Avenue, and of Olive Street as platted and as extended and established under Ordinance No. 23954, from Howard Avenue to Bellevue Avenue, all in the City of Seattle; providing for the condemnation, appropriation, taking and damaging of land and other property necessary for the grading and regrading of said streets and avenue in conformity with such established grades, and necessary for the construction of slopes for cuts and fills upon the property abutting upon said streets and avenues; and providing that the entire cost of said improvement shall be paid only by the property specially benefited in the manner provided by law.
