Title

An Ordinance providing for the laying off, extending, widening, altering and establishing of Queen Anne Boulevard and Fifth Avenue West between the south margin of West Halladay Street and West Ray Street; providing for the condemnation, appropriation, taking and damaging of land and other property necessary therefor; and providing that the entire cost of said improvement shall be paid by special assessment upon the property specially benefited, in the manner provided by law.
