Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of The Alley between Hamlin and Shelby Streets in Block Twenty-five (25), Denny Fuhrman Addition to the City of Seattle, by paving same with asphalt or some bituminous pavement with a concrete base, all in accordance with Majority Petition being File No. 47529 of the City Council of the City of Seattle, creating a local improvement district therefor, and providing that payment for said improvement be made by special assessments upon property in said district payable by the mode of "Payment by Bonds".
