Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of Burke Avenue, from Ewing Street to Blewett Street; Meridian Avenue, from Ewing Street to North Thirty-seventh Street, Bagle Avenue from Pacific Place to North Thirty-seventh Street; Corliss Avenue, from Kilbourne Street to North Thirty-seventh Street and Ewing Street, from Pacific Place to Burke Avenue, all in the City of Seattle, by constructing sewers therin of proper dimensions and materials together with all necessary wyes, openings, manholes, flush tanks, catch basins and other appurtenances necessary for the proper sewerage and drainage of said district, all in accordance with Resolution No. 3660 of the City Council of the City of Seattle, creating a local improvement district therefor, and providing that payment for said improvement be made by special assessments upon property in said district payable by the mode of "Payment by Bonds".
