Title

An Ordinance providing for the laying off, extending, widening, altering and establishing of Kenyon Street from a point fifty (50) feet, more or less, east of the east margin, produced south, of Second Avenue South as platted in First Addition to River Park, now a portion of the City of Seattle, to Detroit Avenue, (known as the old county road), all in the City of Seattle; providing for the condemnation, appropriation, taking and damaging of land and other property necessary therefor and providing that the entire cost of said improvement be paid by special assessment upon the property specially benefited, in the manner provided by law.
