Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of Fremont Avenue, from the south margin of Ewing Street to the north margin of North Fiftieth Street, all in the City of Seattle, by paving the same with asphalt or some other suitable material laid upon a proper concrete foundation together with gutters, concrete or armored concrete curbs, and including as a part of said work the construction or reconstruction of all concrete walks, sewers and watermains and their appurtenances necessary for the proper water service and fire protection of said district, and providing for the necessary earth filling, all in accordance with Resolution No. 3633, of the City Council of the City of Seattle, creating a local improvement district therefor, and providing that payment of said improvement be made by special assessments upon property in said district payable by mode of "Payment by Bonds".
