Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of Fifth Avenue West, from West Smith Street to West Ray Street; West Ray Street, from Fifth Avenue West to Eighth Avenue West, Eighth Avenue West from West Ray Street to West Fulton Street; West Fulton Street, from Eighth Avenue West to Tenth Avenue West; Tenth Avenue West, from West Fulton Street to West Halladay Street, all of said streets being part of the Queen Anne Boulevard in the City of Seattle, by constructing sewers and side sewers therein, together with all necessary appurtenances, all in accordance with Resolution No. 3578, of the City Council of the City of Seattle, creating a local improvement district therefor, and providing that payment of said improvement be made by special assessments upon property in said district payable by mode of "Payment by Bonds".
