Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of the Alley in Block Forty-one (41) Capitol Hill Addition, Division No. 6, being the alley from Aloha Street to Prospect Street, between Twenty-first Avenue North and Twenty-second Avenue North, all in the City of Seattle, by paving the same with asphalt or some other suitable material laid upon a proper foundation; by providing for the necessary surface drainage, all in accordance with Resolution No. 3601 of the City Council of the City of Seattle, creating a local improvement district therefor, and providing that payment of said improvement be made by special assessments upon property in said district payable by mode of "Payment by Bonds".
