Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of West Wheeler Street, from Fifteenth Avenue West to Thorndyke Avenue; Lawton Way, from Fifteenth Avenue West to Twentieth Avenue West, and Twentieth Avenue West, from Lawton Way to Thorndyke Avenue, all in the City of Seattle, by constructing bridge roadways there on, togeth3er with such sidewalks as may be necessary; by paving the roadways with brick or other suitable material; by providing for the necessary surface drainage; by providing for the necessary lighting system; by providing for the necessary fire protection, and doing such other work as may be necessary in connection therewith, all in accordance with plans to be prepared by the City Engineer, all in accordance with Resolution No. 3643 of the City Council of the City of Seattle, creating a local improvement district therefor, and providing that payment of said improvement be made by special assessments upon property in said district payable by mode of "Payment by Bonds".
