Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of the East one-half of Thirty-sixth Avenue West, from Government Way to Lawton Place, Fort Place from Thirty-sixth Avenue West to Thirty-fifth Avenue West, McCord Place and Lawton Place, each from Thirty-sixth Avenue West to Thirty-fourth Avenue West, Thirty-fifth Avenue West from Fort Place to Lawton Place, Thirty-fourth Avenue West from McCord Place to Johnson Avenue, all in the City of Seattle, by grading the same, and by the construction of curbs and gutters, and by providing for the necessary surface drainage, all in accordance with Majority Petition being File No. 47734 of the City Council of the City of Seattle, creating a local improvement district therefor, and providing that payment of said improvement be made by special assessments upon property in said district payable by mode of "Payment by Bonds".
