Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of the east half of Twelfth Avenue south from the north margin of Charles Street to the South margin of Massachusetts Street, and Norman Street from Twelfth Avenue South to Thirteenth Avenue South, all in the City of Seattle by planking, the planking on Norman Street to be twenty (20) feet in width, all in accordance with Resolution No. 3659 of the City Council of the City of Seattle, creating a local improvement district therefor, and providing that payment for said improvement be made by special assessments upon property in said district payable by the mode of "Payment by Bonds".
