Introduced as Council Bill 18656

Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of the Alley passing through Block Two (2), D. M. Cranes' Addition to the City of Seattle, and Block Thirty (30), Laws' Addition to the City of Seattle, this double block being bounded by East Harrison and East Thomas Streets, and Seventeenth and Eighteenth Avenues North, all in the City of Seattle, by paving with asphalt laid upon a proper concrete foundation, all in accordance with Majority Petition being File No. 47526 of the City Council of the City of Seattle, creating a local improvement district therefor, and providing that payment for said improvement be made by special assessments upon property in said district payable by the mode of "Payment by Bonds".
