Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of Terry Avenue North, from Harrison Street to Mercer Street, and Resolution Street from Westlake Avenue North to Boren Avenue North, all in the City of Seattle, by grading and regrading the same to the grades established by Ordinance No. 28142; by making all necessary provisions to care for the surface drainage; by the alteration, construction and reconstruction of sewers and watermains, together with all appurtenances necessary for the sewerage, drainage, water service and fire protection of said district; by the construction and reconstruction of concrete sidewalks and wooden crosswalks; and by planking and replanking the same where necessary, all in accordance with Resolution No. 3593 of the City Council of the City of Seattle, creating a local improvement district therefor, and providing that payment for said improvement be made by special assessments upon property in said district payable by the mode of "Payment by Bonds".
