Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of Third Avenue Northwest, from Leary Avenue to West Fiftieth Street; Leary Avenue, from West Thirty-ninth Street to Third Avenue Northwest; West Fiftieth Street from Third Avenue Northwest to Seventeenth Avenue Northwest; Seventeenth Avenue Northwest from Shilshole Avenue to West Sixty-fifth Street; West Sixty-fifth Street from Third Avenue Northwest to Third-second Avenue Northwest, Thirty-second Avenue Northwest, from West Sixty-fifth Street to West Seventieth Street, all in the City of Seattle, by constructing trunk watermains therein or proper dimensions and materials, together with all gates, tees, crosses, fire hydrants and other appurtenances necessary for the proper water service and fire protection of said district, all in accordance with Resolution No. 3700 of the City Council of the City of Seattle, creating a local improvement district therefor, and providing that payment for said improvement be made by special assessments upon property in said district payable by the mode of "Payment by Bonds".
