Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of Dawson Street, from Thirteenth Avenue South to a point about six hundred (600) feet east of Seventeenth Avenue South, all in the City of Seattle, by constructing watermains therein of proper dimensions and materials together with all gates, tees, crosses and other appurtenances necessary for the proper water service of said district, all in accordance with Resolution No. 3642 of the City Council of the City of Seattle, creating a local improvement district therefor, and providing that payment of said improvement be made by special assessments upon property in said district payable by mode of "Payment by Bonds".
