Introduced as Council Bill 18507

Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of Shoreland Drive, from Mount Claire Drive to McClellan Street; McClellan Street, from Shoreland Drive to Cascade Avenue; all in the City of Seattle, by paving the same with asphalt, or some other suitable material, laid upon a proper concrete foundation, with concrete and armored concrete curbs, and proper gutters; by the construction or reconstruction of all sewers, side-sewers, and watermains, and their appurtenances necessary for the proper sewerage, water service and fire protection of said district; by the construction or reconstruction of concrete sidewalks where necessary, all in accordance with Resolution No. 3607 of the City Council of the City of Seattle, creating a local improvement district therefor, and providing that payment of said improvement be made by special assessments upon property in said district payable by mode of "Payment by Bonds".
