Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of the Alley in Block Thirty-four (34) Division No. 5, Capitol Hill Addition, being the alley between Twentieth and Twenty-first Avenue North, from East Highland Drive to East Galer Street, all in The City of Seattle, by paving the same with asphalt or other suitable material, and that such other work be done as may be necessary in connection therewith, all in accordance with Majority Petition, being File No. 47528, of the City Council of the City of Seattle, creating a local improvement district therefor, and providing that payment of said improvement be made by special assessments upon property in said district payable by mode of "Payment by Bonds".
