Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of East Prospect Street, from Thirty-sixth Avenue North; to Thirty-eighth Avenue North; East Ward Street from Thirty-sixth Avenue North to Thirty-seventh Avenue North; East Highland Drive, from Thirty-seventh Avenue North to Thirty-ninth Avenue North; East Lee Street, from East Madison Street to Thirty-eighth Avenue North; Thirty-seventh Avenue North, from East Ward Street to East Madison Street; Thirty-eighth Avenue North, from East Prospect Street to East Madison Street, and alley in Block Seven (7) of McGilvra's Second Addition, all in The City of Seattle, by paving the same with asphalt and brick blocks laid upon a proper concrete foundation with concrete and armored concrete curbs, the construction and reconstruction of all concrete walks necessary, and the construction and reconstruction of all sewers, side sewers, watermains and other appurtenances necessary for the proper sewerage, water service and fire protection of said district, and that such other work be done in connection therewith as may be necessary, all in accordance with Majority Petition, being File No. 47774, of the City Council of the City of Seattle, creating a local improvement district therefor, and providing that payment of said improvement be made by special assessments upon property in said district payable by mode of "Payment by Bonds".
