Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of Bigelow Street and Queen Anne Boulevard, from Howe Street to Prospect Street, all in the City of Seattle, by constructing watermains therein or proper dimensions and material, together with all gates, tees, crosses, fire hydrants and other appurtenances necessary for the proper water service and fire protection of said district, all in accordance with Resolution No. 3615 of the City Council of the City of Seattle, creating a local improvement district therefor, and providing that payment of said improvement be made by special assessments upon property in said district payable by mode of "Payment by Bonds".
