Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of Crockett Street, from Fifth Avenue North to Taylor Avenue, all in the City of Seattle, by paving the same with brick or other suitable material laid upon a proper concrete foundation; by construction concrete or armored concrete curbs; by construction watermains with all appurtenances necessary for the proper water service and fire protection of s aid district; by the alteration, construction or reconstruction of concrete sidewalks, by grading, all in accordance with Resolution No. 3536 of the City Council of the City of Seattle, creating a local improvement district therefor, and providing that payment of said improvement be made by special assessments upon property in said district payable by mode of "Payment by Bonds".
